Bill.com and Versapay want to replace your AR system. We don't. They charge $300–$2,000+/month and take weeks to onboard. We're $9–$199/month, set up in 15 minutes, and work with whatever you already use. We do one thing — read invoice replies and tell you what they mean — instead of bundling everything.
Do you have access to my whole inbox? +
We request read-only access to messages matching invoice-related labels you specify. We never request permission to send email on your behalf. We never read messages unrelated to invoices. We never sell or share data. You can revoke access in your Google or Microsoft account settings any time.
How accurate is the classification? +
Our target is 92%+ accuracy across the six categories, and pilot results will be published honestly. Every classification ships with a confidence score, and you can override any classification — which then trains the system for your specific email patterns. Pilot members help us tune accuracy for their industry.
What if my customer's reply is ambiguous? +
Low-confidence classifications go to a "needs review" bucket and surface in your daily digest. You see the original text and can classify it manually. The system learns from your corrections and gets better over time at handling your specific customers' language.
Can I use my existing Smartsheet/Sheets/Excel? +
Yes. We project a flattened version of our data into your existing tracker — Smartsheet, Google Sheets, or Excel Online — so your team can keep working where they already work. You can also use our built-in tracker exclusively. Or both.
Who's building this? +
A solo bootstrapped founder in Greenville, SC, with prior experience in lending risk modeling and legal-tech software development. No VC funding, no sales team. The product is being built carefully and slowly with input from a small pilot group. If you join the pilot, you'll have direct contact with the person building it.
When does it ship? +
Target v1 launch is late 2026 / early 2027. Pilot members get access roughly 4 months before public launch. The schedule depends partly on Google's OAuth verification process, which is outside our control — but we'll keep pilot members updated honestly.
What if I sign up and it doesn't work for my business? +
Pilot members get a refund guarantee — if InvoiceReply doesn't save you three hours per week within the first 30 days, we refund the pilot period. No questions, no contract. You also retain full export rights to your data at any time.
